A technological jewel that cannot be missing from the set of hysteroscopic surgical instruments, the Centrel bipolar mini resector stands out for the diameter of only 5 mm of the protruding inner sleeve.
Thanks to this miniaturization, there is no longer any need to dilate the cervical canal with Hegar, to guarantee extended operation on septa, myoma and polyps. The angled loop electrode in a semicircle, compared to the one with a circular section, follows that of higher caliber resectors offering a greater range of action and minimizing the duration of the intervention.
The Centrel mini resector can be combined with the Centrel HD 29 hysteroscope with 12 ° distal profile to ensure the best view of the field of action.
